EAT 2B WELL is a new way of composing a whole nutrition plan that is specific fo you or your family.   It respects our evolution of eating whole foods over tens of thousands of years while being flexible to what is available today.  As well as including over 300 foods and drink, it looks at patterns of eating, ways of cooking, the need for organics and a range of other factors.  As you change, what you eat will also change and can help with existing conditions as well as upcoming difficulties
